How you'll contribute
- Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department
- Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
- Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
- Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
- Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
- Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
- Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult. - Exposure:
Regular occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens and hazardous materials. - Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements

What we are looking for:
Education:
- Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
License: /Certifications :
- Current RN license in state of practice.
- BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
