ER | Registered Nurse | 13-Week Travel RN Contract – Somerset, KY Emergency Room Registered Nurse (Travel RN) – 13-Week ER Assignment in Somerset, Kentucky

Join a fast-paced Emergency Department as a Travel Registered Nurse and bring your clinical expertise to a patient-centered acute care team in Somerset, KY. This 13-week ER nursing assignment offers the chance to work 12-hour night shifts in South Central Kentucky while supporting high-quality emergency care in a busy healthcare setting. Somerset is a welcoming community near the scenic Lake Cumberland region, making it a great place to work and explore.

  • Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
  • Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840
Job Requirements
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, ideally in the Emergency Department, ER, or acute care settings
  • Current required certifications prior to start
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency room environment
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
  • Must be eligible for travel nursing assignment requirements
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Assess, monitor, and respond quickly to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
  • Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate environment for patients and families
