To qualify, you need an active Kentucky RN license or a multistate compact license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent ICU experience.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire, and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year.
Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong clinical assessment skills are necessary. Recommended skills include adaptability, prioritization, and the ability to work efficiently in high-acuity settings.
