Role:
Registered Nurse (RN) in homecare, providing skilled nursing services in patients' homes.
- Delivering one-on-one patient care with a focus on safety and comfort
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes
- Administering treatments and medications accurately
- Collaborating with families and care teams to ensure optimal care
- Educating patients confidently about their health and care plans
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred: 1+ year healthcare experience
