Hospice of Lake Cumberland is looking for a full-time RN Case Manager to cover Pulaski County and surrounding areas. This position is a Monday-Friday salary position that includes an occasional weekend/weeknight for on-call coverage. Stipends are paid for on-call responsibilities. Hospice of Lake Cumberland covers seven counties (Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell and Wayne) and employees may be asked to cover any of these counties.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Two years varied work experience as a professional nurse preferred; minimum one year in acute setting.
- Cannot have any lifting restrictions as this is a vital function of a nurse, therefore there is no light duty available for nurses.
