Belk - - - Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in achieving store objectives and driving the accomplishment of key metrics.;
Support proactive shortage reduction by identifying and preventing incidents of theft, fraud, and dishonesty.;
Assist with internal, external, and organized retail crime incidents in accordance with case procedures, company standards, and applicable laws.;
Lead store awareness training initiatives, data security compliance, and AP system application.;
Communicate daily goals and key tasks.
