Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates shop for customers, selecting items such as apples or cereal, and fill their online orders across all departments. The position is fast‑paced, especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, requiring juggling store customer service while completing online orders.

Order fillers also dispense orders to customers and engage them throughout the dispensing process, maintaining a friendly and efficient atmosphere.
