Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. The role is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

• You are the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and work professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Have an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A high school diploma, GED, or military service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork‑based environment.
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
