Job DescriptionJOB GOAL: To assist in the Title I Summer Program and to provide targeted assistance for Title I students in Reading/English Language Arts and Mathematics during the summer months to assure that the students most at risk of not meeting state academic standards continue to work towards proficiency in reading, and not regress.
Performance Responsibilities- Work with students to reinforce learning of reading and math skills.
- Demonstrate currency in the curriculum.
- Inform regular education teachers of any concerns or special information about the students.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality of information about the students.
- Perform related duties as directed by the primary teacher and/or the Title I/Director of Curriculum, Assessment and Accountability.

Title I Director/Director of Curriculum and Assessment
Work Year:
The Summer Title I program – July 6, 2026 - July 31, 2026. Sessions run Monday through Thursday 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at South Elementary School.
Salary:
In existence with current Paraprofessional Bargaining Agreement.
- Two years of college coursework (48 credits)/AS Degree required or passing score (464) on the Para Pro Assessment.
- Ability to work effectively with adults and students.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of computers and computer applications.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
