Direct Care Professionals - Full Time Overnights

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
$21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Part-time, Full-time, Relief/Per Diem
2nd and 3rd Shifts Available

Openings in Mansfield, Taunton, Fall River and surrounding areas

You will be part of a team supporting adults with developmental disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes community outings, meal preparation, activities of daily living, personal care, and medical appointments.

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; use of your personal vehicle
• TB screening and physical required upon hire and TB update every two years after hire
