Always Best Care of Greater Bristol is hiring experienced Caregivers looking to find their next home. We have been serving the Greater Bristol area and hiring world class Caregivers since 2010. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a genuine passion for helping others, has reliable means of transportation and has at least three years of prior caregiving experience. Our Hiring Teams personally meet with every Caregiver to understand their needs and assist them throughout the hiring process.

All interviews take place in our office which is conveniently located in Bristol, CT. We strive to keep our Caregivers as close as possible to home and will work with you to ensure we are setting you up for successful employment.

• Provides daily routine care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Responsible for house maintenance when applicable
• Answer phone calls for clients when necessary
• Converses with patients to provide assurance
• Observes Universal Precautions
• Provides patient transportation to doctor appointments, outside activities and shopping
• Provides patient laundry and linen changes
• Light housekeeping
• Provides medication reminders
• Meal preparation and clean up

• Previous experience working as a Non-Medical Caregiver required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and reliable transportation
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Must have Cell Phone / Tablet
