• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest accounts
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Perform night audit duties as needed

• Previous experience in hospitality or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and phone systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer systems and software applications
• Knowledge of front desk procedures, including check-in/check-out processes and cash handling
