Join our team as a Retail Sales Manager. This full‑time role offers a base pay of $27.25‑$29.98 per hour, monthly bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), and paid time off.

• Ensure and model professional customer service.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store.
• Cross‑train in all areas of store operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates.
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled.
• Be a subject‑matter expert and model “Great Place To Work” behaviors.
• Ensure accurate inventory and pricing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of retail management/leadership experience.
• Clear communication skills with customers and associates.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs and stand/move entire shift.
• Capacity to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and safely use a ladder.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification per IIPP.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
