revolv Real Estate is seeking a Sales Coach & Training Specialist to work directly with new agents during their first 90 days in the business.
This is an opportunity to play a key role inside a growing brokerage by helping new agents build confidence, develop strong sales habits, and close their first deals.

Your compensation increases as agents succeed under your guidance.
What You’ll Do- Facilitate structured training sessions for new agents
- Conduct accountability check-ins
- Track and review prospecting activity and pipeline progress
- Help agents prepare for listing and buyer consultations
- Monitor 90-day benchmarks and progress
You will work closely with brokerage leadership to ensure new agents stay focused and productive.
What We’re Looking For- Real estate license preferred (not required)
- Sales or coaching experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable tracking metrics and holding others accountable
- Positive, motivated, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
