Lincoln Tech in New Britain, CT is hiring licensed S1 or S2 HVAC Technicians to become instructors at our New Britain campus. Use your hands‑on experience to train the next generation, while enjoying a predictable schedule, long weekends, and long‑term stability.

• Monday - Thursday schedule
• Sign‑on bonus (FT & PT roles)

• Teach HVAC systems through hands‑on lab + classroom training

• S1 or S2 HVAC License (or close to obtaining)
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field experience
• Solid troubleshooting and installing knowledge
