Position Summary

Join Walmart as a Landscape Technician and help maintain our local retail store’s grounds to the highest standards. This role involves overseeing ground maintenance, working with a dedicated team, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

• Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Perform mowing, trimming, and pruning to keep the exterior environment pristine.
• Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
• Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Associate’s Degree or similar certification in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) designation.
• Third‑party management experience.
