Overview
Attleboro Enterprises, Inc. serves the residential and day program needs of adult individuals with developmental disabilities and vocational rehabilitative needs in southeastern MA.
Responsibilities- Support, educate and/or train residents in developing daily living skills including cooking and some house cleaning.
- Promote healthy living by educating residents on diet and exercise.
- Facilitate community integration by transporting and supervising residents in activities including religious services, cultural events, recreational activities, banking, medical appointments and employment.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalency.
- Have MAP certification or be willing to complete certification during the first 90 days of employment.
- Have an acceptable CORI record.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
- Respect the confidentiality of all communications required within job duties, including client/employee records and documents, and electronic transmission by voice, data, and wire.
- Have experience with multi‑cultural/multi‑lingual populations and multi‑disciplinary teams.
Variety of hours available in our Lakeville, Swansea and Somerset residential homes.
Starting rate is $21.00 hourly; $21.50 with MAP certification. 5% differential rate for weekend hours.
