Oversee the Order Management Process and develop relationships with our 3PL partner regarding customer shipments/deliveries;
Provide customer support as needed and ensure responses are timely;
Follow up with customers to confirm complaints are satisfactorily resolved;
Answer phones and maintain a detailed log of consumer questions/complaints that are transferred to medical;
Interact with all levels of Internal Management and participate in meetings when required
