Senior Civil Engineer

Job Duties

* Lead the planning, design, and delivery of multidisciplinary type projects. Most projects will involve public infrastructure clients. Some opportunities may involve private land development clients.

* Develop a team of engineers, designers, and technical staff, fostering professional growth and accountability.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal and state clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor.

* Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

* Provide quality assurance and quality control oversight on design deliverables.

* Collaborate on business development efforts, from identifying opportunities to developing proposals and presenting them to clients.

* Collaborate with peers across offices and disciplines to share resources and strengthen technical excellence.
