Job Description:

• Infrastructure Project Manager with Concentration in Facilities/Construction Project Management with PMP certification preferred
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience which includes 13+ years' experience as a project manager overseeing large, complex facilities/M&A projects within large enterprise companies
• Senior level experience managing complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets
• Superior communication skills; comfortable with all levels
• Highly driven and detailed oriented IT/Professional Engineering background (with degree a related degree preferred)
• Experience using enterprise PPM & service delivery tools to manage schedules/budgets/resources
• Must be willing to work overtime if necessary and travel to other sites occasionally
• Power distribution including UPSs, PDUs, ATSs, generators, as well as NEMA power receptacles (and common power whip voltages/amps for MDFs and IDFs), and NEMA enclosure standards
• General understanding of power distribution IDS/IES/IT closets
• Ability to read/create/maintain architectural drawings and understand structural technical impact
• End-to-end networking components (MPLS, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and VoIP/Unified Communications
• Compute/Storage technology stack:
  Blade servers, vSANs
• Database: SQL, Oracle
• MDF/IDF architecture
• Enterprise video conference and collaboration solutions
• Virtualization solutions: VMWare, Hyper-V
• ANSI/TIA standards, J-STD standards, ISO/IEC standards, NEC standards, and BISCI standards
• Ethernet specifications and distance limitations
• Copper and fiber standards
