Job Description:

Infrastructure Project Manager with Concentration in Facilities/Construction Project Management with PMP certification preferred. Minimum 15 years of overall experience which includes 13+ years' experience as a project manager overseeing large, complex facilities/M&A projects within large enterprise companies. Senior level experience managing complex, multi-team project schedules and budgets. Superior communication skills; comfortable with all levels. Highly driven and detailed oriented IT/Professional Engineering background (with degree a related degree preferred).

Experience using enterprise PPM & service delivery tools to manage schedules/budgets/resources. Must be willing to work overtime if necessary and travel to other sites occasionally. Power distribution including UPSs, PDUs, ATSs, generators, as well as NEMA power receptacles (and common power whip voltages/amps for MDFs and IDFs), and NEMA enclosure standards. General understanding of power distribution IDS/ IES/ IT closets.

Ability to read/create/maintain architectural drawings and understand structural technical impact. End-to-end networking components (MPLS, Internet, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.) and VoIP/Unified Communications. Compute/Storage technology stack:
Blade servers, vSANs. Database: SQL, Oracle. MDF/IDF architecture. Enterprise video conference and collaboration solutions. Virtualization solutions: VMWare, Hyper-V. ANSI/TIA standards, J-STD standards, ISO/IEC standards, NEC standards, and BISCI standards. Ethernet specifications and distance limitations. Copper and fiber standards.
