* ** Job Summary*
* In this role, you can be part of a team supporting sales compensation for SHI.  The Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the proper administration and execution of compensation plans and related data between Anaplan and reliant business systems.

** Role Description*
* + Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by conducting monthly audit, validation, and reconciliation checks on key commission calculation

+ Developing and implementing data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems

+ Conducting root cause analysis, developing process outlines, and implementing corrective measures to prevent data integrity issues

+ Documenting data quality standards, policies, and procedures to maintain data integrity across Anaplan dependent systems

+ Work with compensation leader on ensuring alignment of compensation plans to SHI business goals

+ Provide data-driven recommendations on compensation plans based on analysis

+ Documentation and administration of all sales and overlay compensation plans within Anaplan

+ Maintain and audit sales compensation plan structures and codes within Anaplan

+ Partner with cross-functional departments to support sales compensation program at SHI

+ Leverage AI‑driven analytics and automation tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of monthly commissions processing, PBI dashboard maintenance, compensation plan modeling, and Anaplan administration.

** Skill Level Requirements*
* + The ability to effectively utilize applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to enhance productivity and perform various tasks efficiently - Intermediate

+ The ability to create, manage, and interpret interactive data visualizations and reports to support business decision-making and strategic planning - Intermediate

+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics AX for enterprise resource planning, including tasks such as order tracking, inventory management, and financial reporting - Intermediate

+ Proficiency in creating structured frameworks for organizing and interpreting data - Intermediate

+ Ability to apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) for accurate financial reporting - Intermediate

** Other Requirements*
* + Completed Bachelor's Degree

+ 3-4 years of experience in analytics

+ 3-4 years of experience in Excel and Power Point

+ Advanced Excel skills

+

Experience with systems including AX, Microsoft PBI, CRM
