Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Dell EMC Power Flex rack solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and providing expert-level support to customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, design and deploy Power Flex rack solutions, and provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

• Implement and manage Power Flex rack solutions, including deploying templates, configuring data protection, and managing system capacity
• Provide expert-level support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Power Flex rack implementation
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and design and deploy Power Flex rack solutions that meet their requirements
• Monitor and interpret operational metrics to validate the health and performance of the Power Flex system
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Flex rack implementation, including network resiliency improvements and system architecture
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Power Flex rack features, enhancements, and functionality, and provide recommendations to customers on how to optimize their Power Flex rack solutions
• Use administration tools and resources to manage the Power Flex rack system, including Power Flex Manager and vVols Architecture
• Collaborate with other teams, including sales, support, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure and provide comprehensive support to customers

• In-depth knowledge of Power Flex rack solutions, including Power Flex Manager, vVols Architecture, and vSphere
• Expert-level understanding of network resiliency improvements, system architecture, and data protection
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational metrics and provide recommendations for optimization
• Experience with administration tools and resources, including Power Flex Manager and vVols Architecture
• Strong understanding of storage and virtual compute resources, including vSphere and Power Flex rack solutions
• Experience with Cloud Link, Power Flex Manager, and other Power Flex rack features and functionality
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including switch understanding, VxLAN, and BGP EVPN
• Drug Test Required with Background Check
