Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sourcing, Planning & Procurement Execution:

Supplier Performance, Risk Management & Commercial Support:
* Lead supplier identification, qualification, and bid package development while establishing strong commercial foundations through contract support, supplier performance management, sourcing strategy execution, and proactive risk identification.

Governance, Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement:
* Drive consistent application of procurement standards, category strategies, and sourcing workflows across projects and purchasing activities.

Identify opportunities to improve supplier governance, procurement efficiency, and overall operational performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Support:
* Influence alignment across Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Shipping, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to prioritize procurement actions, resolve issues proactively, and support commercial and operational decision-making.
* Serve as a trusted procurement partner on dedicated capital projects by ensuring procurement activities are coordinated, well-communicated, and responsive to project and business needs, while reinforcing execution discipline and continuity across related supply chain activity.
Compensation range: $90,000.00 - $ Annually
The posted salary range reflects the compensation the company reasonably expects to offer for this position. Actual compensation will not be less than the posted minimum and will be based on multiple factors.

* Seven or more years of experience in procurement, supply chain, strategic sourcing, or project procurement within a complex technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment.
* Strong understanding of sourcing, bidding, negotiation, contract administration, supplier management, commercial evaluation, total cost considerations, and procurement governance.
* Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Legal, Quality, Shipping, and operations stakeholders, without direct authority.
* Ability to identify commercial risks, supplier constraints, contract exposures, and execution issues, and communicate them clearly to support timely and effective decision-making.
