Brake Press Set-Up Operator

Custom manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Brake Press Set-Up Operator to join our sheet metal fabrication team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting brake press machinery to produce high-quality metal components according to blueprint specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate brake press equipment including Cincinnati and Amada machines
• Read blueprints and job specifications to ensure accurate bending and forming
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot machine issues and maintain production efficiency
• Load/unload materials and maintain a safe, clean work area

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' manufacturing experience
• 5+ years' operating brake press equipment preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay:

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime available
• Contract to Hire & Direct Placement Opportunities
• Pay: $22–$28/hour DOE
