* ** Shift: First Shift with the ability to work overtime*

** What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be:*
* + Preparing and assembling components and electromechanical assemblies independently

+ Reading blueprints, process instructions, schematics, and mechanical drawings to assemble complex units

+ Inspecting, testing, and adjusting completed units to meet specifications and customer requirements

+ Assembling, positioning, aligning, and fastening units using hand and power tools

+ Connecting cables, tubes, and wiring according to specifications; disassembling units for part replacement or shipping

+ Measuring parts with precision instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and verniers

+ Operating automated assembling equipment, robotics, and small cranes

+ Conducting tests and inspections of products or processes for quality assurance

+ Monitoring gauges and indicators to ensure proper machine operation

+ Troubleshooting operating errors and performing routine maintenance

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have a high school diploma or GED and 2-4 years of related assembly experience

+ Are computer literate in MS Word and Excel

+ Possess excellent communication skills

+ Enjoy hands-on work and are committed to meeting deadlines

+ Use logic and reasoning to solve problems and improve processes

+ Are able to lift up to 40 lbs.

+ Are available and willing to work overtime as needed
