RN Assistant Director of Nursing

Carnegie Post Acute Skilled Nursing at Princeton seeks an RN Assistant Director of Nursing to support clinical leadership in our skilled nursing and post acute care facility. In this resident centered, collaborative role, you will assist the DON with supervising nursing staff, coordinating care plans, and ensuring high standards of clinical quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will mentor nurses and CNAs, support interdisciplinary teamwork, participate in quality improvement, and help shape a compassionate, respectful environment focused on recovery, independence, and long term well being.
