Quality Assurance
, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance professional to ensure the highest standards of quality across our products and services. This role involves meticulous testing, defect identification, and collaboration with development teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and existing functionalities.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, system, and performance testing, across web, mobile, and backend platforms.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using issue tracking systems, providing clear and concise reproduction steps.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, design specifications, and ensure testability.
- Participate in design and code reviews to provide early feedback on quality and potential issues.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to relevant teams.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, preferably within an e-commerce or large-scale technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and various testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and conducting root cause analysis.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Test Rail) and bug tracking systems.
- Familiarity with automation testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
