Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Screen individuals, bags, packages, and/or personal belongings at designated entry points in accordance with site policies and post instructions;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Monitor entry areas and verify credentials, authorizations, and/or visitor information to help support controlled access throughout the location;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, remaining aware of screening areas, access points, and changing site conditions
