My client is currently seeking an exceptional Director of Spa & Wellbeing to lead the wellness operations at their world‑class luxury hotel in the UK. • Lead and develop the strategic direction of the Spa & Wellbeing division
• Deliver an exceptional and seamless luxury experience for every guest
• Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and KPIs to ensure profitability and growth
• Recruit, train, and inspire a talented team of spa and fitness professionals
• Implement innovative wellness programs and partnerships
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring all standards, policies, and procedures are met
• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to promote the spa and wellbeing offerings
• Champion a culture of wellness across the resort for guests and colleagues

• Proven experience as a senior spa or wellbeing leader within a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness brand
• Strong commercial and operational background with a strategic mindset
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
