Shift: First Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Perform troubleshooting, diagnostic analysis, repair, and routine maintenance of looms. Maintain safety, quality, and delivery standards. Complete necessary paperwork and perform other duties as assigned following Standard Operating Procedures.

• Perform diagnostic analysis, troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and routine maintenance of looms.
• Make adjustments to ensure woven tape meets specifications.
• Start-up looms after style changes or overhaul.
• Repair breaks and smashes, draw-in, perform style changes, and ensure construction conforms to style sheets.
• Clean equipment and work area as required.
• Follow control characteristics from Control Plan.
• Accountable for personal and team goals.
• Fabricate small simple parts.

• At least two years of experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex machinery including electrical and mechanical components, or a two-year trade school degree.
• Certification within 30 days for Hazardous Communications and LO-TO.
• Certification within 90 days to operate power trucks.
• Ability to read and interpret dials, gauges, blueprints, schematics, manuals, and instructions.
• Ability to complete paperwork and data entry.
• Ability to wear hearing protection and perform essential job functions to standard.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to self-pace learning via various methods.
