Adecco is assisting a local manufacturer, seeking Production Operators in the Somersworth / Dover, NH area. These positions are temp-to-hire opportunities offering overtime, incentives, and a great starting pay rate!
Schedules:- 1st Shift - 6:45AM - 2:45PM
- 2nd Shift - 2:45PM - 10:45PM
- Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment.
- Operate complex manufacturing equipment following established procedures.
- Read and interpret given information.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
- Maintain established production standards.
- Accountable for personal goals and the department’s team goals.
- Individual must demonstrate the capability to learn to operate in several different departments after required training has been met.
- Ability to successfully complete training and operate powered industrial trucks
- High School Diploma and/or GED required.
- Previous experience operating production machinery to set standards.
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of multiple processes.
- Demonstrated computer literacy.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new processes.
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour
