Folder Gluer Operator

Location:

Near Morton Grove, IL

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience operating folding and gluing equipment and a strong understanding of print/packaging production.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor folder gluer machinery.
Perform machine adjustments and changeovers to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary adjustments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues as needed.

Qualifications

Previous folder gluer operating experience required.
Experience with Bobst or Brausse folder gluer machines strongly preferred.
Ability to read and follow job specifications and production instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus.
Experience in folding carton, commercial printing, or packaging production preferred.
