At Elements Massage of Somersworth, we provide superior therapeutic massage and skincare services that enhance people's lives. We are currently looking for a Wellness Membership Advisor who is passionate about customer service, relationship-building, and helping others feel their best.

• Competitive pay starting at $16–$18/hour, based on experience

• Welcome clients and create exceptional first impressions
• Educate clients on massage and skincare services and memberships
• Confidently sell and maintain memberships using our proven sales process
• Build strong client relationships and encourage long-term loyalty
• Support a positive team culture for both staff and clients

• Availability to work evenings and weekends (full-time hours)
• Previous retail and/or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable using modern office tools and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for helping others
• A team player who contributes to an outstanding workplace culture
