Additionally, the manager will attend and/or facilitate meetings with local, state, and federal officials to support the protection and Tribal access to the aboriginal lands and natural cultural resources of the Cocopah Tribe.
Summary: Under the direction of the Tribal Administrator, the incumbent develops a cultural resource management and preservation outline of the Cocopah history and culture. The Cultural Resource Manager (with approval from the Tribal Council and Tribal Elders) mediates with local officials regarding these matters.
