Audit Partner, Not--profit

Like the resources and backing of a larger firm, but don't want the politics, hours, or nonsense that can sometimes come with it?

You would be joining a nationally ranked advisory, tax and accounting firm with 550+ people, strong New England growth, and a proper not for profit practice. Big enough to have the resources, technology, brand and client base. Still human enough that people talk about work life balance without everyone quietly laughing into their coffee.

The firm is employee owned through an ESOP, privately funded, with no outside investors or private equity involved. So you are not walking into a place where the goal is to dress everything up for a sale in 18 months.

The role is focused on not for profit audit. You would be joining at Partner level, helping grow the practice, lead client relationships, develop people, and shape what the New England not for profit audit offering looks like long term.

The client base is broad, with strong not for profit exposure alongside sectors like healthcare, construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, financial services and professional services.

Strong East Coast presence

Employee owned ESOP

No outside investors or private equity in the ESOP

Busy season usually around 48 to 55 hours

Summer Fridays, including 3pm finishes
