Our client, a world leader in diagnostics and life sciences, is looking for a Documentation Coordinator based out of Branchburg, NJ.

• Maintain, organize, and update company documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage document control systems, ensuring proper version control, approval workflows, and accessibility across departments.
• Coordinate document reviews, revisions, and approvals with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely archival and retrieval of records and controlled documents.
• Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and complete documentation.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and confidentiality of all company records.
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), reports, and regulatory submissions.
• Track document change requests, deviations, and ensure compliance with document control procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on documentation processes and standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to ensure adherence to GMP, ISO, or other applicable standards.
