Overview
Somerville, Massachusetts. Temp per hour. May 27, 2026. $22.00 - $25.00
KBW has partnered with a growing waste management company in the greater Boston area that's actively looking for a Billing Specialist to join their team. The Billing Specialist will report directly to the Corporate Manager of Billing. This role is onsite with free parking and is contract-to-hire and can convert into a permanent role.
Responsibilities- Handling orders, invoicing, and billing pricing
- Create and review invoices
- Work with other departments on billing needs/questions
- Handling any discrepancies with billing
- 1-3+ years of billing/AR experience
- Ability to work onsite in Somerville
- Strong Excel skills
- Oracle experience is nice to have, not required
$22-25/hour depending on experience
