Grant Administrator Position

The Channing Division of Network Medicine (CDNM) of the Department of Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital is seeking a Grant Administrator to manage research administration and grant activities for the Division. This position oversees the lifecycle management of multiple research groups, including proposal and budget development, grant management, and compliance with hospital and government regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting sponsored research proposals
• Overseeing submissions to sponsors and maintaining records
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and policies
• Monitoring budgets and identifying potential problem areas
• Assisting with effort reporting and other duties as assigned

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  Masters preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of grant management experience
• Knowledge of program administration guidelines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Additional responsibilities include working within legal and ethical standards and complying with BWH and Partners policies.
