Organizational Change Management Specialist

Contract - Need locals

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management Specialist to support transformational change initiatives and guide teams through technology transitions. This role requires a skilled professional with the ability to assess and manage organizational change, build trusted relationships, and influence others toward achieving shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead transformational change initiatives, preparing teams for the impacts of technology change.
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with front-line leaders and employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate solid business acumen and understand organizational challenges and issues.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess impacts and identify the necessary changes to transition from current “as-is” processes to future “to-be” processes.
  • Conduct business interviews to actively listen, analyze, and synthesize information to support change efforts.
  • Create and deliver clear, engaging presentations, and communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, leading by example and fostering a cooperative environment.
  • Manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring deadlines are met while resolving conflicts when they arise.
  • Utilize tools such as Visio, MS Word, Excel, Power Point , and Outlook for effective documentation and communication.
  • Use Visio to create detailed "as-is" process maps and overlay them on new "to-be" processes based on interviews and working sessions.
  • Travel to various state agencies within the Commonwealth may be required to facilitate change initiatives.
  • Demonstrate a proactive, energetic approach to work by tracking tasks independently, seeking additional responsibilities, and suggesting improvements to current processes.
