- Customer focused and excited to partner with customers to identify and deliver measurable impact
- Communicates clearly and effectively across levels, from the shop floor to engineering managers to c‑level executives
- Solves problems, working closely with colleagues from other departments
- Has worked for or supported a Life Sciences company and understands regulatory requirements
- Has experience in life science development, operations and/or manufacturing environments
- Googlees problems and understands every customer sees the world a bit differently
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts by monitoring adoption, utilization, and overall health of deployments
- Serve as internal customer champion
- Guide customers to use Tulip to improve operations through digitization, including recommending new use cases, tracking and communicating ROI
- Act as a trusted partner to ensure contract renewals and support commercial expansion
- Coordinate across internal teams (Customer Support, Professional Services, Product Management, Sales)
- Build and improve internal processes and content to scale the Customer Success function

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 per year and is eligible for on‑target earnings (OTE).
