We're looking for a highly driven Strategy & Operations Associate to join Topsort in our Boston/Somerville office. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You'll work across teams to solve problems, improve how we operate, and help turn ideas into outcomes.

You'll move between strategy and execution regularly—researching business problems, analyzing data, identifying opportunities, building processes, coordinating projects, and helping teams turn plans into results. While you'll have visibility across the business, this is first and foremost an execution role. Success comes from being resourceful, dependable, and willing to jump into whatever needs attention. We're looking for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing: developing insights, solving problems, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.

• Support strategic and operational initiatives across the company, helping turn ideas into execution.
• Own special projects from planning through completion, ensuring details don't fall through the cracks.

• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and keep teams aligned and moving forward.
