Job Summary

Pursues and achieves new sales by building strong relationships and exhibiting outstanding initiative. Works collaboratively with the Sales team to achieve individual and department goals.

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study required

Licenses and Credentials

* Licensed Insurance Agent [Massachusetts] preferred

Experience

* 3+ years of account management experience required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

* Strong relationship management experience.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Deep client management experience.

* Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.

* Excellent time management and planning skills.

Essential Functions

* Builds and maintains relationships in order to grow business.

* Acts as a customer advocate in providing assistance to resolve client's issues.

* Proactively assess client's needs and develop solutions to exceed client expectations.

* Develops annual account plans and recommends strategies for account growth and retention.

* Coordinates with account support teams and other internal departments as necessary to resolve client issues
