Although KDI’s client base is diverse, we specialize in Multi‑Family Residential, Hospitality, Retail, and Mixed‑Use projects.

KDI is seeking a self‑motivated architectural draftsperson with attention to detail and the ability to effectively produce design and construction documents for a variety of projects, with a focus on mixed‑use and multifamily structures. A minimum of 3 years of experience producing construction documents is required, along with proficiency in Autodesk REVIT software. Knowledge of podium and wood frame construction is preferred.
