Essential Duties
  • Design a variety of spaces, including architectural interior projects (office, hospitality, and residential), innovation projects (learning spaces, lab/research spaces, and studio/creative workplace environments), and residential/housing projects.
  • Manage pre‑project services, building documentation and measurement, schematic design, design development, construction drawings, bidding and negotiation, and/or construction management depending on the project’s schedule and the office’s needs.
Qualifications

  • More than four years of experience in a design position.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organization skills and responsiveness to client and management needs.
  • Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Sketch Up (the latter two are a plus).
  • Professional licensure is a plus, as is passing LEED exams (LEED Green Associate, LEED BD+C, or other qualifying tests provided by USGBC).
Physical Demands / Efforts
  • Occasional physical exertion, including some lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • May require sitting for extended periods with possible kneeling or crouching.
