Khalsa Design Inc. (KDI) is a Somerville, Massachusetts based Architectural firm. Established in 1985, KDI’s primary focus is on providing quality services to our clients, while providing leadership and growth opportunities to our staff. Although KDI’s client base is diverse, we specialize in Multi‑Family Residential, Hospitality, Retail and Mixed‑Use projects.

KDI is seeking a self‑motivated architectural senior draftsperson with attention to detail and the ability to effectively produce construction documents for a variety of projects, with a focus on mixed‑use and multifamily structures. A minimum of 5 years of experience producing construction documents is required, along with proficiency in Autodesk REVIT software. Knowledge of podium and wood frame construction is required.

• Professional architectural degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience producing construction documents.
• Understanding of building systems, including experience coordinating structural and MEP drawings.
• Organized and detail‑driven.
• Able to work effectively with the project manager and the rest of the project team.
• Proficient in the current version of Revit.
• Understanding of local building codes, including accessibility and energy codes.
• Able to commute to the office located in Somerville, MA.
