- $60k - $80k + 10% annual bonus
- Full benefits + 401k with 4% match
- 2-3 days onsite in Somerville office (after first 90 days)
- Full-Time/Permanent

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Multifamily, mixed-use or hospitality experience is required
- Revit
- Understanding of building systems, including experience coordinating structural and MEP drawings.
- Understanding of local building codes, including accessibility and energy codes
- Develop design concepts and detailed drawings for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure design intent is met.
- Prepare and modify architectural plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models.
- Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants during project development.
- Review and incorporate feedback from clients and project teams.
- Stay current with design trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
- Support the development of construction documents and specifications.
