You’ll be at the center of projects that improve neighborhoods and strengthen communities. Working directly with firm principals, clients, consultants, and contractors, you’ll guide projects from Design Development through Construction Administration while influencing design, solving complex challenges, and delivering exceptional outcomes. Unlike larger firms, your work won't disappear into layers of management. You’ll have a visible impact on projects, clients, and the future direction of DMS Design.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Lead multiple complex architectural projects simultaneously
- Manage schedules, budgets, staffing, and project delivery
- Mentor team members
- Build lasting client relationships
- Coordinate consultants, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies
- Resolve design and construction challenges
- Represent DMS through networking and business development
- Help grow one of the region's most respected multifamily design practices
- Master's degree in Architecture
- Massachusetts Registered Architect preferred
- 10+ years of progressive architectural project management experience in MA/New England
- 7–10 years leading multifamily residential projects
- Experience with affordable housing developments and public funding agencies
- Advanced Revit proficiency
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation skills
- A passion for mentoring others, building relationships, and delivering exceptional work
- Direct collaboration with firm leadership
