For Kids Only After school (FKO) in Massachusetts offers a one-year, full-time paid OST apprenticeship designed to blend coursework with on‑the‑job training. Apprentices complete 150 hours of RTI via live Zoom sessions and progress toward 2,000 hours of practical OJT while maintaining a consistent 10am–6pm weekday schedule.
