Electrical Engineering Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Spend most of your time as an active contributor in product development
• Help the team navigate design tradeoffs and ship industry‑grade products
• Constantly question product assumptions and scope electrical engineering work to focus on critical customer success items
• Drive the team to hit program milestones, provide input to program schedules, and actively work with cross‑functional leaders to develop products more efficiently
• Hire top engineers and help them reach their highest potential
• Continuously improve the results and outputs of the electrical engineering function
• Influence product strategy
• Influence the holistic operation of Hardware Engineering functions

• Want to build the best team in the 3D printing industry
• Know how to help engineers reach their highest potential
• Expert in the design and production of complex electrical systems
• Working knowledge of embedded systems and code
• Have shipped multiple products, taking them from concept through production
• Able to communicate fluidly across technical domains

• Ready to dive into unfamiliar territory and problem‑solve intensely

Equity in the form of RSUs is a critical component of the total compensation package. Base pay is determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and expected impact. The annual base pay range for this role is $160,000—$195,000 USD.
